JOB PURPOSE
The Intern to Hire Developer will work on a team developing custom solutions using their experience in development with JavaScript, CSS and HTML. This individual will be working in UI development (UI/UX) and be cross trained in data integration to build, orchestrate, and deploy system integration between system, process and service layers.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
- Interpret data, analyze results while providing ongoing reports
- Work with data to discover patterns, inconsistencies and ways to functionally correct issues.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support.
- Translate business requirements into a detailed technical specification to meet business goals.
- Write well designed code that is testable and efficient using software development best practices
- Utilize HTML/CSS to create website layout/user interface following best practices
- Elicit, document and refine business requirements and write technical specifications accordingly
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Provide application support as required
- Skill Sets in the following areas:
- Front-end development technology: experience in development with JavaScript, CSS and HTML; React Js and Bootstrap preferred
- Database technology: familiarity with SQL (e.g. mySQL or Postgres) or NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB and DynamoDB) databases
- Design experience: experience with UI/UX and basic prototype design
- 3rd Party API’s: experience with using REST/JSON and/or GraphQL consumption
- Version Control: experience working with git including branching, merging and deployments

- Must be organized, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, work ethic, punctual, reliable with a desire to excel.
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Education
- B.S. degree or equivalent from a 4-year program in a Computer Science/Programming degree

JOB PURPOSE
The Integration Specialist will build, orchestrate, and deploy system integration between system, process and service layers. This person will also interpret business requirements to system and data mappings.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
- Design, develop and validate integrations between applications across cloud and on-premises systems.
- Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support.
- Translate business requirements into a detailed technical specification to meet business goals.
- Responsible for architectural documentation and design review presentations..
- Ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives.
- Work within a team to follow best practices in services development and integration of applications.
- Interface with both internal and external technical experts to implement solutions.
Job Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience working with a Integration Platform (TIBCO, MuleSoft, Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, Oracle ESB, webMethods)
- Must be organized, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to occasionally on-calls hours outside normal business outs for client and solution go-lives.
- Excellent communication skills, work ethic, punctual, reliable with a desire to excel.
- Must be willing to travel up to 65% (defined as Mon-Thurs)
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

- Creating wireframes and prototypes
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards process flows and sitemaps
- Research, discovery, and usability testing
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Building interfaces using HTML5 / CSS3
- Modifying existing Angular apps
- Providing recommendations and evaluations for new designs and architecture
- Staying current on new technologies and best practices
- Working in technologies in which you are unfamiliar and learning it as you go
Job Requirements
- Passion for the work they do.
- 1+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Experience creating Wireframes and Prototypes
- Must be organized, able to work independently and in a team environment.

- Must be willing to travel Mon-Thurs
- Current knowledge of latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience with various design tools like Adobe XD, Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc..), Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps
- HTML5 and CSS3 skills with the ability to translate designs to developers
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
